An Employability-Index tested by a national dynamic administrative database
Abstract/Sommario:
This paper shows the results of the relation observed between ‘individual employability’ - detected by the INAPP OKI index - and ‘reached employment’ determined within a period of 12 months following the OKI testing on a target population. The reference population for the testing was about 18,000 young people aged between 18 and 28 years, who carried out a year of voluntary activity within the National Civil Service in Italy.
