Abstract/Sommario:
In this paper, Cedefop analyses European attitudes and experiences with workplace training and looks at 25 case studies of companies in nine EU Member States with varying approaches to employee learning. The results show that employers only get the full benefits of training their staff if they integrate training within a wider frame of continuous professional development.
