Abstract:
In questo lavoro si analizza la relazione fra la diffusione dei contratti a tempo determinato e la dinamica della produttività del lavoro, dei salari e dei profitti nelle imprese italiane. A tal fine si utilizzano i dati della componente longitudinale della Rilevazione su Imprese e Lavoro (RIL), condotta dall’Inapp per gli anni 2007, 2010 e 2015, integrati con le informazioni contenute negli archivi dei bilanci di fonte AIDA.
