Abstract/Sommario: Violence at work can manifest itself in many ways. The variety of negative behaviour covered under the general umbrella term of workplace violence is so large and diverse that it makes it difficult to adopt a unified and integrated approach dealing with all the forms of workplace violence. Abstract/Sommario: Con una recente sentenza, un tribunale italiano ha per la prima volta sancito la responsabilità di una società in materia si infortuni sul lavoro, applicando l’articolo 25septies del D.Lgs 231/2001. Viene quindi ampliato il novero dei reati attribuibili alle imprese, ricomprendendovi anche i reati colposi di evento. Tuttavia, la lamentata violazione della norma cautelare in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro potrebbe nascondere un risvolto inaspettato.
