Abstract: La disciplina dell’apprendistato è stata oggetto di recenti modifiche legislative. Ne risulta un quadro normativo complesso e a più strati che può rendere difficile la lettura e l’interpretazione dei diversi provvedimenti e che giustifica le finalità perseguite dal contributo.
