Abstract: Advances in ICT have opened the door to new ways of organising work. Telework and ICT-based mobile work (TICTM) has emerged in this transition, giving workers and employers the ability to adapt the time and location of work to their needs. Despite the flexibility and higher level of worker autonomy inherent in TICTM, there are risks that this work arrangement leads to the deterioration of work–life balance, higher stress levels and failing worker health.

Abstract: La legge 81/2017 cerca di inseguire ed agganciare quanto già disciplinato da numerosi accordi aziendali in materia di smart working. Non si configura però come organica regolamentazione del lavoro in mobilità perché semplice ibridazione del telelavoro e del lavoro a domicilio.

Abstract: Un crescente interesse è stato manifestato nei riguardi del remote working (lavorare in remoto). In Europa, le organizzazioni sia pubbliche che private hanno mostrato una propensione all’implementazione di questi modelli di lavoro soprattutto in Svezia e Norvegia.
